Mission & Vision of Polara Health Foundation

The Mission | Polara Health Foundation is to support Polara Health by raising funds and mental health awareness.

The Vision | Commitment to a community in which mental health services are available to anyone and everyone in need.

Dedicated volunteer leadership brings the mission of the Polara Health Foundation to life. The Board members meet regularly as a team to ensure that Clinic programs and services have necessary resources to move from good to great; the resources the Clinic needs to fill critical gaps in care. The Board leads the charge to challenge stigma, enhance awareness and raise the level of education related to mental health, behavioral health and substance use disorders. Last year, the Polara Health Foundation provided direct support to Polara Health programs and services.
YOU can help us do even more this year by making a donation to the Polara Health Foundation!
