Join us all month for Mental Health Moments with Tamara Player, Polara Health CEO and staff. It is important to check in on our loved ones, family and friends and make sure we offer support where needed. Get outside, enjoy our beautiful weather, meet for coffee with friends, take a walk, plant a few flowers, enjoy some live music or call a friend....be mindful of improving your own mental health!
One of the best ways to enjoy life to the fullest is to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. It is time to normalize mental health. Find us on YouTube, Facebook or Instagram |
