Your gift allows Polara Health to provide our community with a comprehensive continuum of healthcare for all ages, encompassing primary medical care.

We serve more than 9,200 children, youth, adults, and seniors annually

Our therapeutic services are client-centered and client-directed. We believe in the possibility of healthy living, recovery and growth that emphasizes hope, empowerment, meaning, and ownership in transforming our lives.

Continuum of Care

We offer mental health services for individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are residents of western Yavapai County. Our comprehensive continuum of care encompasses primary medical care.

Our primary care and mental health professionals work together to provide full service outpatient primary care to clients in the area. This setting allows for addressing clientโ€™s health needs following a whole person care approach.

Behavioral Hospital

We provide a safe environment for those experiencing psychiatric crises. Our hospital has treatment plans, resources, and referrals to help address mental health needs. This facility offers 24-hour care for anyone 18 and older.

Children & Family Services

Polara Health is uniquely able to offer our community a comprehensive continuum of care, encompassing primary medical care.

Vocational Services

Our program helps individuals overcome barriers in order to gain employment in the community. Clients can expect to participate in a variety of services that will assist clients in achieving both their short and long-term goals.

Substance Use Prevention

Polara Health provides comprehensive care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Additionally, we offer both in-patient and out-patient programs tailored to adults living with severe mental health challenges like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression.

Adult Clinical Services

We provide treatments for anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. We also offer in-patient and out-patient services for adults with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression.

Integrated Care & Psychiatry

Senior Peer Program

Our program provides seniors with social connections to their peers. Fostering relationships can prevent significant mental health problems such as major depression and debilitating anxiety.
