    OPENING EARLY SUMMER - The construction on our beautiful building located at 726 Gail Gardner Way in Prescott is complete. We are waiting on our licensing and will move adult out-patient services, peer support, adult counseling, support groups and primary care to this location. We are excited to share it with you soon!

    The Partner Advisory Council (PAC) is formed by current clients who are dedicated to making a positive impact for fellow clients, by bringing forth novel ideas and offering their unique perspectives during the meetings.

Join us in celebrating these remarkable individuals as they courageously share their stories, illustrating the unique journey of resilience and self-discovery through their artistry.

    Polara Health has recently launched a cutting-edge community behavioral health hospital, named The Healing Place, which commenced its operations on April 24th. The facility, provides a comprehensive array of mental health services for individuals with acute and chronic psychiatric challenges who require inpatient care.

    Polara Health is expanding and relocating facilities into Prescott as part of a focused effort to broaden our whole-health model to more people who require combined mental health and primary care services. "Our environments need to match our compassionate care,” said Tamara Player, Polara Health CEO.
