People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

Tamara Player, Polara Health CEO, and Erin Kantor, Polara Health CCO, talk about suicide awareness and suicide prevention.
Abigail Tucker Psy.D, Chief Strategy Officer with Polara Health talks about ways you can make a difference in someone's life.
Dr. David Fero, PhD, takes a break from his hike to share a message of hope and support and the therapeutic benefits of simply getting outdoors.

MENTAL HEALTH MOMENTS
FOR MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

Join us all month for Mental Health Moments with Tamara Player, Polara Health CEO and staff.  It is important to check in on our loved ones, family and friends and make sure we offer support where needed.  Get outside, enjoy our beautiful weather, meet for coffee with friends, take a walk, plant a few flowers, enjoy some live music or call a friend....be mindful of improving your own mental health!

One of the best ways to enjoy life to the fullest is to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally.  It is time to normalize mental health.
