Erin Kantor became a member of Polara Health's team in June 2022 taking on the role of Chief Clinical Operations Officer.  Holding a license as a Professional Counselor, Erin earned her master's degree in counseling and guidance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.  Her academic background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in business from Missouri State University.  For over eight years, she held leadership positions within the community mental health sector in Kansas City.  Erin has been actively engaged in the field of behavioral health since 2012 where she began her career working inpatient with children and adolescents.  Her professional history encompasses various areas such as residential and outpatient programs focused on facilitating substance use recovery, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), providing therapy services in private practice, and serving as a leader for child and adult teams providing community support services.  Demonstrating a deep commitment, Ms. Kantor is driven by a passion to advocate for and support the well-being of those she works with and the community she works for.
