As a Board Certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE), Luis has a proven track record of leading full P&L turnarounds, scaling clinical networks, and driving EBITDA growth across inpatient psychiatric and integrated health settings. His leadership blends operational discipline and strategic growth with a deep commitment to mission-driven care.

Currently, Luis serves as President and CEO of Polara Health, where he oversees comprehensive behavioral, medical, and social services for Arizona’s most vulnerable populations.

An Arizona native, Luis enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle filled with nature sports and travel. He and his wife have three sons and enjoy family time whenever possible.
