DR. MANAL SOLIMAN
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Manal Soliman is a board-certified physician in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with an impressive career spanning clinical practice, healthcare administration, and medical education. She brings a wealth of experience and visionary leadership to her role as Chief Medical Director at Polara Health.
Prior to joining Polara Health, Dr. Soliman held several distinguished positions, including Clinical Associate Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Assistant Dean for Community Medicine in Green Bay, and Vice President of Medical Education for the HSHS hospital system. She also founded and served as the Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay.
Dr. Soliman earned her MBA with an advanced healthcare management certificate from Stony Brook Business School. Her clinical training includes a Family Medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital and advanced OB-GYN training in Egypt. She further enhanced her leadership and holistic care approach through a fellowship with the National Institute for Director Development and a certificate in Integrative Health from the University of Arizona.
Her career highlights include key leadership roles at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she served as Outpatient Site Director, Associate Program Director, and facilitated the transition of the Family Medicine Residency Program to Southampton Hospital. Dr. Soliman has been recognized with numerous accolades, including multiple Faculty of the Year and OB Teacher of the Year awards.
A passionate advocate for medical education and evidence-based care, Dr. Soliman has contributed to national and regional research initiatives, workshops, and presentations. Her research interests span hepatitis C screening, autoimmune hepatitis, and atrial myxoma. She has also chaired and participated in several academic and clinical committees, including the Program Evaluation Committee for the Family Medicine Residency Program in Green Bay.
